Grain Gauge

The Grain Gauge allows the user to monitor the level of grain in the silo without the need for power. Proudly made in the USA.

Once the material reaches the desired level of the installed Grain Gauge on your bin, the roller portion of the gauge will turn from black to a bright green. The bright green will also glow in the dark at night time. As the material is emptied from your bin and recedes below the Grain Gauge, the roller will automatically change to black.

You can install multiple level monitor devices along the bin wall at key levels. Simply let the gauge do the work for you – no more climbing and risking your safety.

Draminski Mastitis Detector

Portable, handheld device that measures milk sample from 1-4 quarters, allowing the user to accurately detect sub-clinical mastitis before the cow may even show symptoms.

Do you know what Mastitis Subclinica is?

Mastitis Subclinica is a subclinical state of udder inflammation.

The disease is common in Dairy cows, sheep and goats. Symptoms are not visible at first sight, so the infection can take a long time (even several months) before it develops. In these cases, self-healing in livestock rarely occurs. The subclinical form without visible symptoms such as: pain, redness, swelling or udder hardness, occurs up to 30 times more often than the clinical form that produces the symptoms described above. Sub-Clinical mastitis will cause a decrease in milk output, an increase in somatic cell count and overall drop in milk quality. This all leads to lower production, decreased profitability and financial loss.

How to detect Mastitis?

Inflammatory symptoms are accompanied by an increase in the amount of salt in milk, which changes its resistance. Mastitis detection with resistance methods can be easily performed with the DRAMINSKI MD4x4Q2 Mastitis Detector. This method is currently considered to be the most effective, less invasive and with an easy testing process. The latest generation of the device additionally gives you the possibility of testing samples from four quarters at once in a cow or two in sheep and goats. The MD4x4Q2 can save the results in built-in memory or even watch the progress of treatment using a desktop application. Bear in mind that this device does not count somatic cells.
